Question by Cointreau:

How can a woman be a sex offender in Philadelphia?

I was looking on PA Megan's law site for kicks to see if any of the neighbors are sex offenders.

I found one neighbor who was a woman. (no offense but she is pretty attractive too)

Anyway, I thought is was hard, if not impossible for a woman to be a sex offender in PA. how is this so?

Both men and women commit sexual abuses against children, do research on it..teachers, more females are being discovered..in the media..
