If a man goes to a 21+ club and meets a woman there, have sex with her, and then it turns out she was underage?

using a fake ID.. should he be convicted of rape?
I am curious what people think. Just looking for opnions.

No, because how would he know if she was or not? If he knew then yeah, but if he didn't I don't think he should. That is the clubs fault for not making sure if the ID was real or not.
