Do guys really care about how nice of a body a girl had during like sex and stuff.?

I've had sex. But; I'm soo self concious of myself i never want to .. I feel really fat. I'm Like 5'6 and 123ish but i still feel really fat. Do guys really care much about your body if they like you?
